When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you subscribe, we collect payment information through our payment processor, Stripe.

Video Content

When you use our Service, you upload video files for processing. We temporarily store these videos and the resulting mask outputs on our cloud infrastructure.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including job history, processing requests, and timestamps. We may also collect device information, browser type, and IP address for security and analytics purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Process your video files and generate mask outputs
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password resets, receipts)
  • Respond to support requests
  • Improve the Service and develop new features

4. Video Content Processing

Your uploaded videos are processed using AI models running on secure cloud infrastructure. Video content is used solely for the purpose of generating your requested outputs. We do not view, review, or use your video content for any other purpose, including training AI models, without your explicit consent.

5. Data Retention

Uploaded videos and generated masks are retained for 30 days after job completion to allow for download. After this period, video content is permanently deleted from our systems.

Account information is retained as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or legitimate business purposes.

Job metadata (timestamps, processing parameters, token usage) may be retained for analytics and billing purposes.

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure provided by trusted third-party services. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest.

Our infrastructure providers include:

  • Cloudflare R2 – Video and output file storage
  • Railway – Application hosting and database
  • RunPod – GPU processing infrastructure
  • Vercel – Frontend hosting
  • Stripe – Payment processing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
